What we are building, grouped by how confident we are about it. Confidence drops sharply the further out you read, and the grouping is there to say so rather than to imply a schedule.

Horizon	Means
Now	In progress. Dates are close to reliable.
Next	Decided and queued. Order may still change.
Later	Directional. Shape and priority both still open.

What this is not

It is not a contract, and nothing here is a commitment to a date. Items move between horizons, and items in Later are sometimes dropped entirely once we understand them better — that is the horizon working as intended, not a plan failing.

How things get here

Most of it comes from customers. The fastest route onto this page is to describe the problem you are trying to solve — not the feature you think would solve it. The feature is our job, and a problem statement survives our discovering that the obvious solution is the wrong one.
