Rukia Labs is a training operations platform. An organisation runs its programmes on it: courses and cohorts, the learners enrolled in them, the work those learners submit, and the record of what they achieved.

Everything below is organised by what you do, not by which screen it lives on.

How the platform is laid out

Your organisation has its own address β€” yourorg.rukialabs.com β€” and three consoles sit under it:

  • / β€” the learner experience. Courses, lessons, submissions, progress.
  • /instructor β€” authoring and grading.
  • /admin β€” people, cohorts, branding and settings.

Which of these you can open depends on your membership in the organisation, not on knowing the URL. Signing in once signs you in to all three.

Signing in

Sign-in happens on your organisation's own address. You will not be redirected to a shared login page on another domain, and the page you land on carries your organisation's name and colours from the first frame.

If your organisation uses Google or Microsoft accounts, the sign-in page offers those directly. Otherwise you will have been sent an invitation email to set a password.

Trouble signing in?

An invitation link that has expired, or a password reset that never arrives, is almost always an email-delivery problem rather than an account problem. Ask an administrator in your organisation to re-send it β€” they can see the invitation's status from the admin console.
